Automotive Collision Repair and Refinishing
Program Description
This Automotive Service Excellence certified program provides students with hands-on training within a state of the industry lab. Students participate in the ICAR Program preparing for industry-recognized Platinum Certification and will learn the technology of repairing, refinishing, and painting damaged parts and bodies of today’s high-tech automobiles. In this two-year program, students gain real-world work experience in local auto dealerships and repair facilities. Students also have the opportunity to join and compete in SkillsUSA, a national student organization. College credit may be earned at Delta College, Washtenaw Community College, Lincoln Technical College, and Ohio Technical College

USA, a national organization that provides opportunities to develop teamwork, personal leadership, and career skills valued by employers.
12th grade students will complete and present senior projects
Automotive YES sponsored paid summer internships are available to qualifying junior students.
Unpaid work experience
Co-op and Paid Work Experience may be available.
Tech Prep Program
